Product Description
1. Thermal Mask
We propose a hot compression protective garment (HCPG), consisting of a protective garment and a heating pad which include a flexible heating element and a graphene thin films with super thermal conductivity. The HCPG as shown in Figure, with controllable heating capability providing user a protection on joint, waist, arm and etc., simultaneously, and a function to heat-up the protected parts to improve the blood circulation for pain relief. The heating pad, as shown Figure , is seamlessly embedded inside the protective garment with specially designed connector to connect the external power source and or through a temperature controller to allow user to control the heating temperature, as shown in Figure .
2. Protective clothes
Nowadays, people's living were seriously influenced by the allergens, dust mite. Medical research has shown that particles size less than 2.5 micron will penetrate into the pulmonary alveoli of lung deeply through mouth and nose, and further diffuse into the organs of our body through the blood vessel, resulting a risk of lung cancer, dementia, hypertension, stroke, heart disease, asthma, allergy even obesity.
The purpose of this invention is to improve people's breathing quality to maintain respiratory system in a healthy state, by developing a device which could be used to protect and to take care of the respiratory system positively. A solution is proposed with a joint cooperation of industry and academy by a combination of the high efficiency air filtration and air- heating. This is achieved by using a 3D mask with high filtration efficiency embedded with an effective heating pad using graphene thin film with super heat to transfer characteristics attached on the nose position. With its efficient filtration, a cleaning air is inhaled and then warmed up by the heating pad, thus a comfortable warm air is produced for the nose and respiratory system.
Furthermore, in combination with stylish functional fabrics, such as moisture wicking fabric, cooling and collagen cloth etc., other function such as far infrared radiation, super-efficient filtration, moisture are provided for users. The heating pad also includes a temperature sensor inside the heating area working in conjunction with a compact temperature controller to monitor and control the temperature of the heating pad as desired. Note that, protection circuit for over current, over voltage and over temperature is by default included in the controller for safety purpose complying the regulation of CE, UL, and FCC.
The filter media of this novel mask has been certificated by Nelson Lab. of USA, both its Bacteria Filtration Efficiency and Viral Filtration Efficiency are 99.9% and also tested with different particle size between 7.0-0.4 micron by TTRI, the filtration efficiency is 100%. The filtration efficiency decreases only 4-5% after washing 20 times under the procedure of soaking for 10minutes in cold water with reasonable amount of detergent, gently crumbling with hand 10 times, rinsing and naturally drying in free air. It is clearly shown that product is filtration effective and washable while maintaining the filtration performance. For safety purpose, this product complies the regulation of CE and UL, FCC, and is certified by SGS for hazardous material. Moreover, this product is also covered by a 10 million NT dollars safety insurance.
3. Multi-Tone Functional Yarns Fabricated by Conjugated Spinning Methods
The functional polymer chips through multi-channel nozzle design to fabricate the multi-tone functional yarns. The yarns included filament yarns and staple blended yarns. From the original appearance of multi-tone functional yarns is white. The fabrics are fabricated by knitted, woven and nonwoven method and through scouring, bleaching, dyeing, finishing and setting to produce multi-tone and functional fabrics and their combination.
The functional polymer chips included cooling chips with higher amide group and antibacterial and idol absorption chips with lower amide group which through multi-channel nozzle design to produce side by side and 3 leaf petals fiber cross section by using melting spinning machine. It is because of the different amide group amount with different amount of dyestuff absorbed. Therefore, multi-tone with cooling, antibacterial and idol absorption functional yarns would be appeared.
