The Boss is the bar feeder for long bars that has been sold the most in the world, with more than 30,000 installed units. The Boss is an automatic bar feeder suitable for lathes with fixed or sliding headstocks, bar diameters between Ø5mm to Ø42mm (BOSS 542) and Ø5mm to Ø51mm (BOSS 551), lengths from 1000 to 4400 mm. It is simple to use for the operator and has a very solid structure: it is the Boss!
※ The guide channel remains completely closed during the machining thanks to a IEMCA patented project. It allows to obtain the maximum performance when the bar is turning and at the same time to totally avoid the oil leakage.
※ Deploys the polyurethane (PU) made bushing blocks of various sizes for choice to optimally fit the bar size in the process; so to effectively constrain the vibration in production and acquire high-quality outputs.
※ The extremely strong design of the new basements gives the barfeeder an unmatchable stiffness.
※ The pneumatic cylinder driven synchronization device rigidly links the pusher and the lathe spindle; so to ensure the bar feeding movement, forward and backward consistently to avoid bending the bar and assure the accuracy in the process and the production. (Options)

STEADY 326
The STEADY 326 is an automatic bar feeder suitable for bars range from Ø3mm to Ø26mm, and length from 1200mm to 3200mm, is specifically developed for the combo type lathe (of GB or NGB mode possible.) The STEADY 326 is designed to meet the needs of high-speed processing and effective production uptime that satisfies the investment pursuit for high production and effective performance. The STEADY 326 is easy to operate meeting the utilization of combo lathe with the innovative Swiss & Chuck (Axial Shifting) device effectively adapting to the GB-NGB production mode change in the equipment.
※ The slope rack magazine doesn't require any special tool for its adjustment. The linear capacity of bars storage is 280mm.
※ The self-center clamping device no adjustment needs between bar size changes, effectively enhance the production uptime.
※ The roller-type bushing device is easy to adjust the bar size, allows better bar centering and reduces vibration.

IDEAL 438
The IDEAL 438 is an automatic bar feeder suitable for bars range from Ø4mm to Ø38mm, and length from 1000mm to 3700mm, and is specifically developed for the combo type lathe (of GB or NGB mode possible.) The IDEAL 438 is designed to meet the needs of small and medium size bar job in high-speed processing and effective production uptime that satisfy the investment pursuit for high performance equipment. The IDEAL 438 is rigid, precise and easy to operate.
※ The innovative self-center clamping device holds the bar rigidly in vertical actions, and no adjustment needs between bar size changes, effectively enhances the production uptime.
