The first choice for milling, HCM II Aluminum Alloy Face Milling Cutter, is a special aluminum alloy body with good balance. The insert seats allow inserts to be adjusted to the micrometer. Once combined with the cutter head, they avoid both breakage during high speed cutting and surface damage, thanks to efficient chip removal rates. The cutter head is equipped with through-tool coolant to efficiently cool the work-piece and improve cutter life. The cutter head’s moveable slots allow for radial and axial dynamic balance adjustments to change the milling face and reduce the torque of the chuck and the cutter. This combination improves the cutter’s dynamic balance and life. By improving the cutter’s balance, you can process with much more precision and the spindle’s life span increases. The base materials we use are European Nano-diamond and Cubic Boron Nitride. We also use Nano grinding machine for cutting and grinding, and use high precision microscope for final inspecting.
