PERMANENT ELECTROMAGNETIC CHUCK & CHUCK CONTROLLER

It’s featured at the powerful magnetism without the effect of instant power outage to affect the operator’s hurt or damage of workpiece. Moreover, the electricity only takes at on/off (about 4 seconds), during processing, it’s no electricity load. Therefore, safe for operation, saving electricity also no heating applied for mold processing, CNC machinery and grinding for long-term magnetism. Magnetizes in 1.5 seconds and demagnetizes in 1.5 seconds, increasing working efficiency. No deformation, high-accuracy performance (within 1μm).

ON/OFF TYPE PERMANENT MAGNETIC LIFTER

It is very easy operation with the special design of ON/OFF switch and easy-locked function.
Working-piece surface will not be damaged during working. The lifter is high holding magnetic power and without electro power. Electro power is not necessary for the lifter to avoid power failure problem.

STANDARD PERMANENT MAGNETIC CHUCK

Triple-side magnetic field design, can apply to 90 degreed processing, or install to a 90 degreed tools for such process. Patented product and design, low residual magnetism, provides you easy workpiece unloading ability after processing.
