With the acquisition of Kyocera buying SGS Tool Company on 2016, the company has changed its name to Kyocera SGS Precision Tools, Inc.

On January 2017, Kyocera’s authorized distributor, Pao Hwa, starts selling SGS products to Taiwan market.

Depth of cut can reach 8mm when using LD breaker, which helps to shorten machining time.

MFP-SK breaker realizes stable machining even when the depth of cut is low. Besides, it is suitable for low-stiffness condition as well.

A wiper is designed in GQ breaker to polish surface finish while machining.

KTKT-JCT is a 3 way coolant holder which is specially designed to enhance chip control performance and to cool down cutting edge.

GBF offers the smallest drill size in the grooving market, 0.25mm.

Nachi Hyper Z series

NACHI-FUJIKOSHI was founded as a tool manufacturer in the City of Toyama in December 1928 based on founder Kohki Imura’s philosophy that “Domestic ability to produce machine tools is fundamental to the development of Japan’s machine industry.” Ten years after its founding, the firm set up a steel mill and established an integrated production system covering aspects from materials to the final product.

In 2017 Nachi launched their newest tap technology, Hyper Z, provides high performance and efficiency on machining.

① Stable processing performance
We have developed a flute geometry and cutting-edge design optimized for stainless steel, the chips of which tend to be long. It has improved chip evacuation and paved the way for stable internal thread processing. (Patent pending)
