Editor:What product will you promote in this trade show? Could you introduce one in details? When will it be launched? What’s the main target market of this product? How about its application industries?
Jack Hsu : In the present presentation, TBI motion will present the core motion components that industries such as, automation, four axes SCARA robot arm, etc., will need. The main characteristics of these products include high accuracy, high rigidity, and fast interchangeability, which are all the essential needs of automation equipment industry. As we enter the age of industry 4.0 from the traditional 3C basis industry, most of the standard action from mankind will be turned into automation procedure executing by machine. In the circumstance, our products will be needed from various industries. By the R&D's latest development, our products are also applicable in 3D printing, medical, military aviation, etc.
Editor: Any successful case study of the products mentioned above? What are the challenges that your clients face to build up smart factory, and how will your system help the customers?
Jack Hsu: Our market share of the motion module of aluminum alloy automation industry in Asia has exceeded 70 percentages. These typical module suppliers have got involved in various industries' production. Take the 3C industry in recent years as an example, because of the industry's fast changing feature on market and services to consumers, the products shall be delivered in a month including the design process. After that, they still need to offer maintenance support and producing process modification according to clients' different demand. In order to help these suppliers, TBI motion will support these module manufacturers with fast design altering and sales by the advantage of our high interchangeability.
Editor: How do these products contribute to the current trends of the 4th Industrial Revolution, IIoT, and environmental sustainability in the manufacturing sector?
Jack Hsu: The rising of industry 4.0 is a challenge for all countries. From the data on the cloud to the changes of equipment in producing, they all require every industry’s mutual construction. Under this circumstance, we act as the supplier of automation industry, providing what they will need in the future of motion components. Fast, lean, modularization, minimize, high price–performance ratio, etc., we provide motion components with those promises. Besides, to make all the impossible of technology come true, TBI motion will keep pursuing innovation on R&D to strengthen our specialty.

Jack Hsu: In addition to the new products that TBI motion customized for high rigidity motion module and the demands of minimize and speed in this year, we also became a partner by offering solutions to clients' special need. The source of all strategy is to fulfill customers' demand with increasing our competencies of products. With R&D's thoughtful thinking for clients, we will provide global market better motion components while dedicating ourselves in the future of industry 4.0 for global automation industry.
