Circular Knives & Slitting Knives Grinding Machine

CV-450 is an environmental machine for grinding and making new circular Knives and Slitting Knives of cutting paper tube, iron tube, electronic tablet, plastic tube, PE tube, rubber, tire, sticker, copper tube. Equipped with fully-enclosed splash guard, preventing from dangers, cooling fluid spilling out and reducing noise while the machine working.
Furthermore, by the grinding wheel axis move back and forth automatically, it could not only make the knives be ground completely, but also improve the efficiency of grinding wheel and reduce its consumption.

CNC SAWBLADE SHARPENING MACHINE

EMA is a CNC machine for sharpening, removing, making saw blades teeth of tubing machine, tubing factories, furniture, bicycle, car, and saw blade manufactures.
· Six kind of teeth type A,BW,C,ECO,F ,O(broken teeth be removed) could be sharpened and made by this machine.
· After sharpening completed, transfers to chamfering function automatically.
· Equipped with colorful touch screen and advance software. Everyone can operate the machine easily by keying in the data of OD, thickness, height of teeth, cutting angle, clearance angle, rotation speed of grinding wheel without senior technician.
· 9999 pieces of grinding data could be saved. Operator can recall stored data immediately to save time for keying again.
