Century Trading Corporation: Force of integration as the precondition of smart factory

Established in 1973, Century Trading Corporation has been introducing top tier equipment from world leading manufacturers to customers, they wish to provide the most comprehensive solution as enormous changes arrive in the manufacturing industry this century.
Editor:What product will you promote in this trade show? Could you introduce one in details? When will it be launched? What 's the main target market of this product? How about its application industries?
President Zheng: We designed several blocks of different themes for the exhibition, including smart equipment, automation systems, robotics and so on. One big focuses is the package for automation production – you will be able to see systems such as automatic planning and manufacturing software, automatic feeding system, and so on. Another highlight of the show will be the introduction of our own tool shanks brand – KURODA ww. The series are manufactured in cooperation with KURODA, Japan, the senior manufacturer of precision technology, and also the creator of Taper Thread Gauges. Thus the feature of our tool shanks therefore fulfills high precision and great duarability.
Editor: How do these products contribute to the current trends of the 4th Industrial Revolution, IIoT, and environmental sustainability in the manufacturing sector?
President Zheng: Our role is to act as the integrator of systems and equipment. Especially as of today, I know many users still find Industry 4.0 concept challenging or confusing. So our role as a system integrator comes into this to help customers conduct upgrade in their factory. Our strength is that we provide a complete service for production consultancy, and assist the customers find corresponding solutions. Namely, from materials, processing, delivering, and the management of storage, tool shanks and relative accessories – they can find solutions in our company. I think this is a fundamental precondition to provide smart manufacturing equipment and services for the customers.
Editor: What is your expectation toward iMTduo, being the first exhibitors after its transition?
President Zheng: We hope it will attract more international buyers, and create innovative ideas together.
Editor: Do you have any new plan for this year? ( e.g. new products, new market strategy or building new branches, etc.)
President Zheng: Our main goal is to develop as a business integrator among the manufacturing sector. We aim to provide equipment, system, and instant consulting services, and become a comprehensive supplier for smart factories.
