 Press Blanking Line
Shung Dar’s Press Blanking Line is specially designed for the high-quality demands of the automotive and fabricating industries, providing total processing solution for steel coil blanking and blank stacking operation, with Siemens servo control drive system, and modularized mechanism, enabling highly automated production line, including auto coil loading, threading, and stacking. Production line parameters are database controlled, mechanical action adjustments can be simply executed simultaneously via data downloading and confirmation, providing outstanding operator safety and operation efficiency. Multiple coil carts, and dual stacking system, makes zero machine downtime possible, ensuring safety preparation at maximum operation.
In addition, lines using this technology are ideally equipped to process the widest variety to material, such as aluminum or high-strength steel. Even surface-sensitive material can be processed safely on the same line at the highest production rates.

 Automation Steel Slitting line

Thanks to the design of dual slitter system, changeover time is shortened, and productivity doubled. Double seats enable offline blade arrangement while the production line running. It is the key for saving time of production.
With rotating four-arm turnstile device, slit strips can be temporarily stored on the heavy-duty turnstile arm to allow off-mandrel strapping, and allow operators to select any coil in any order. Greater convenience and efficiency are enhanced owing to the design of this equipment.
