Multi-tasking Machine Center, VMT-200
VMT-200 is able to complete machining and turning tasks in a single machine, it replaces the small scale production lines working with machining centers and lathes. Through one time clamping, it not only increases the machining precision, but also saves idle time. It improves production efficiency dramatically and saves the required floor space in the factory.
1.Integrating the functions of general vertical machining centers and lathes allows various machining tasks to be done in one machine. It saves floor space, shortens cycle time, and increases machining precision.
2.With the high torque feature, wider spindle bearings enhance the spindle rigidity and make its performances better than other spindles.
3.Rotary table adopts DD motor with speed achieving 2,000rpm. Additional features are high response and positioning accuracy.
Servo tool magazine has the feature of high speed tool changing which enables a shortened cycle time.
Tapping Center, VTX-5
VTX series is mainly designed for demand of highly efficient production. It not only gives BT-40 torque performance, but also performs BT-30 spindle fast acceleration, and rapid tool changing.
