SV-1165S employs high precision roller type linear guide ways, and integrates the features of high speed, high precision, and maximum stability. Saddle and table are a box-type construction, featuring light weight and high rigidity. Reinforced base, column bottom and solid Z-axis structure assure vibration-free cutting. Specially designed dust prevention on X/Y axes, a labyrinth structure, is good for dust and leak prevention. S56-MT has a sturdy machine structure with high speed design combines the smoothness of a drilling tapping machining center and the capacity of a vertical machining center to make them all in 1 compact construction.
S56-MT also equipped with spacious table and automatic pallet changer system to handle customers’ various cutting needs and saving time when machining.
Besides, the tool magazine of S56-MT is separately mounted with a safety door in order to completely isolated from the machining area. It could prevent coolant flushing& cutting chips from the magazine and also makes machine maintaining easier.
Moreover, the machining area also surrounding with stainless steel curtains matches a specially designed chip disposal system under the machine base, this design makes the machining area completely separate from the standby area and allows high efficiency on chip evacuation.
