LNC IFC6900 is able to connect to FANUC controller via Network directly to get the core information then import the data to IFC6900’s built-in APPs for further processing and computing. In addition, IFC6900 supports EtherCAT protocol featured with real-time data transmission and high expansion capability. With EtherCAT supported, customers’ machines are able to connect and integrate a variety of EtherCAT peripherals and accessories including robot, sensors, conveyor, IO modules, vision systems and so on. Users are allowed to do intelligent functions development and integration or to build up unique systems by themselves. Furthermore, all the information could be well collected then sent to cloud database for remote control and monitoring, equipment diagnosis, machine predictive maintenance, manufacturing process optimization … etc. to fulfill the concept of industry 4.0.
