SANET INTERNATIONAL:CHAIN GRIPPER TYPE TOOL MAGAZINE WITH ARM
Integrated chain and gripper seat design improves assembly precision and efficiency massively. Continuous track designed chain structure (picture above) provides smooth running and low backlash feature which performs precise positioning after long term usage.
Sanjet original chain design combines gripper seat and magazine rail with rollers. Tool chain runs smoothly with roller rolling to reduce friction resistance. Motor drive force transmitted perfectly and saves the biggest cost.
Drifting transmission structure eliminates chain chord tolerance during chain running (picture above) which ensure structure combines with chain stably. No need to adjust backlash.
Modular design, magazine preserved interface of expansion to increase tool loading capacity to 120 tools maximum.
Servo system provides program through I/O link feasible with any brand of controller and system which makes using “servo large loading capacity magazine” easy!
