KMC-321 HIS5A High Speed 5-Axis Double-Column Machining Center
KMC-321 HIS5A is a newly developed machine based on HIS construction concept and represents a generational step forward in very high-speed milling.
Thanks to the imported European 2-axis swiveling head, which features one supplier for spindle and head, fork being made out of one parts, low weight and service friendly; HIS5A is the most exclusive high quality and competitive for a wide range of 5-axis machining application. The main application fields include aerospace, composite, die & moulds and general engineering.
The 2-axis swiveling head is equipped with a powerful spindle of 120 Nm/45 Kw, 12000RPM (HSK-A100), A-axis (DD motor) of 764Nm/8Kw, C-axis (DD motor) of 810Nm/8.5Kw, and A/C-axis max. Speed of 100 RPM.
The machine is specially equipped with a ram-type spindle head supported by four linear-motion guides. This unique construction ensures high rigidity and stability of machining.
MC-RF High Rigidity Double-Column Machining Center
1.The KAO MING RF-series is designed and carried forward the good features of the EPs, especially the spindle ram.
2.The KMC-323RF comes standard with an innovative inline direct-drive spindle inside a ram; speed up to 6000rpm/8000rpm, power up to 25KW, torque up to 600Nm.
3.A ram-type casted spindle head with a cross section of 400x400mm ensures high rigidity and stability under heavy-duty cutting.
4.KMC-323RF X/Y/Z axes travel: 3230/2950/1100mm.
5.KMC-323RF X-axis equips four-boxway to support in a combined design of sliding and rolling; Y-axis utilizes a step-design where by the lower slideway is offset a full 70mm forward from the upper slideway ; Z-axis travels by way of BOX IN BOX construction.
6.FEA has been adopted to check the deformation and vibration mode of the machine structure to ensure getting the best rigidity and optimum design.
7.Standard 2-station AAC including angular head and vertical head is designed for improving productivity; 30°angle head, extension head and universal head are optionally available for versatile applications
