Greenway: multi-tasking CNC lathes cultivate unmanned factory

HCP-42 Turning & milling complex type CNC lathe meets the demands of high versatility production.
It's optional to choose 42# collet or 6" 3- jaw hydraulic chuck. Besides, HCP-42 has various optional accessories, such as hydraulic or servo turret, single shaft side milling device, Y-axis 4 shafts side milling device,3 shafts drilling or tapping device and polygon milling devices, etc. As C-axis function (optional), it can be applied on the control of random spindle positioning angle and (workpiece turning) profile. Therefore, processing side/end milling, eccentric drilling and outer diameter turning are available. It can be configured by the processing demand of customers.
HC-30N Special Purpose Machine adopts a boxway, and one-piece casting body, weights only around 1,700 kg. It is categorized as a small sized machine, yet is suitable for middle/heavy turning tasks. With X/Z axis extended travel design, the equipment maintained incomparable stability during machining. In addition, staying close to the end users’ requirements, it is forwarded into automation SPM to increase production efficiency. At TIMTOS JARNG YEONG demonstrates the customized single workpiece auto feeding system with HC-30N in alignment to the demands in automation.
HCP-42 CNC lathe with 6-axis articulated robot offers the quality to machine highly diverse products in small batches. JARNG YEONG cooperates with Delta to provide completely automated articulated robot, increasing efficiency, and human malfunction, which is the prerequisite of unmanned factory.
JYN-42 CNC lathe of Greenway can be equipped with gantry loader to make single workpiece auto feeding, and double axis servo control. It enhances the production efficiency and makes quality level up; meanwhile, it saves labor cost and realizes the high-speed operation. Based on different demand of blank material feeding, the option includes material flip station, rotary lifting workpiece station, pallet type work feeder station and vibration barrel work feeder station to change and feed materials. The gantry loader adopts hand-hold human machine interface, special hand touch screen. It features clear interface to read, customer-orientation software design, easy to learn and use.
Highly capable of creating practical solutions
Greenway’s Korean auto parts supplier initially produces around 5 million pcs annually, and executes OEM via Swiss type CNC lathe. Yet the unit price of the machine is expensive, and requires long cycle time that resulted in a high cost. After cooperating with Greenway, the company assisted them to develop customized punching device installed on HC-series CNC lathe. Currently, there are 15 lathes in the customer’s factory and the manufacturing cost has been successfully reduced 50%, with the advantages of doubling productivity. This case is the positive result for manufacturers in breaking the limit of OEM, and gain more power of controlling the productivity and cost in their own hands.
Auto feeding feature moving towards automation
Regarding the performance in 2018, JARNG YEONG was affected by the Turkish currency crisis, consumer market is still enduring the recession, which affected JARNG YEONG due to its reliance on export. Therefore, JARNG YEONG ENTERPRISE CO., LTD. plans to expand the domestic demand market. Due to increasing salary annually, the younger generation would not like to work in traditional manufactures. This condition turns Industry 4.0 into a natural global target; moreover, the requirement for automation equipment will accelerate.
