Electric vehicles have a completely different transmission concept than traditional fuel vehicles. Therefore, today's major manufacturers are looking for water pump suppliers that can achieve full-time operation and compliance with vehicle regulations.
In Taiwan market, LHY Tech. is the only company that has the experience of actually registering and mass production of water-cooling systems for 2-wheeled electric vehicles, and is the technology leader in the global market. LHY Tech. is the only company that has the actual experience of mass production of electric motorcycles, from the smaller "scooter" to the more advanced "motorcycle", and has even entered the development of "Hybrid" heavy-duty motorcycles. This advantage has enabled LHY Tech. to gain the attention and orders from many international manufacturers.
At AMPA 2021, LHY Tech. will mainly exhibit its benchmark products: Electric Water Pump: WEV-140505E / WEV-140505G (Specification: DC12V / 8LPM / 0.5bar) and the new product for 2021: WEV-45- 21 (Specifications: DC12V & DC24V / 11~18LPM / 0.7~1.3bar).
In response to the light weight trend and market demand for electric vehicles, global electric vehicle manufacturers must adopt their own water-cooling circulation system and its core water pump components, which highlights the advantages of LHY Tech. products. LHY Tech. products are small and slim, pursuing smaller size and weight while maintaining the same or even achieving higher performance, reducing the weight of the electric vehicle and effectively increasing the range.
Long-term investment in R&D to meet customization needs
At present, the global new energy vehicle manufacturers are still in the development stage, and there is no unified specification so far. Each major manufacturer has its own specifications and urgently needs to introduce practical experience. Back in 2018, Kawasaki Heavy Industries of Japan collaborated with LHY Tech. to develop the latest pump circulation system for hybrid heavy electric motorcycles, and has made considerable progress, with road tests completed and ready for mass production, and will soon be available in recent years.
LHY Tech. pumps are used in a wide range of applications, such as home heating, bathroom equipment such as smart toilets, water dispensers, plant factories, water heating systems in cold countries, and water circulation in campers... etc. LHY Tech. will continue to deepen its applications at all levels and continue to promote its own pumps and water circulation technology.
