Servitization of Manufacturing
For the promotion of Servitization of Manufacturing, Mr. Peng believed in providing exquisite service and competitive after service. The "Remote Spindle Detection Technology," recently developed by Posa Machinery Co., can automatically detect the abnormal sounds of high-speed spindles, analyse the abnormal sound of the spindle, service life and detect defects.
As long as the client records the abnormal running sound, the inspection laboratory of Posa Machinery can analyze the abnormality cause of the spindle for maintenance. It does not only shortens the maintenance time, but also reduces the maintenance cost of inaccuracy. Therefore, Posa Machinery has become the only spindle industry manufacturer with remote detection technology.

Posa Machinery three highlights at TIMTOS 2021
Taking advantage of the opportunity in this interview, Mr. Sen-Jung Peng announced that Posa Machinery Co. will focus on the following at TIMTOS 2021:
1. Aerostatic Spindle: By sending high-pressure gas into the tiny gap between the spindle and the bearing, the spindle can be suspended in the center of the bearing, and it runs almost without friction, which can reach a high-speed and high-precision operation of more than 100,000RPM. It can be used in cutting and grinding of brittle or hard materials, precision machining of micro-holes, and milling of hard materials above HRC60.
2. Wireless Power Transmission Ultrasonic Tool Holder: It is achieved by using a patented power transmission architecture and electric vehicle wireless power transmission technology. This product was recognized during the 2019 Taiwan Excellence Awards.
3. Intelligent high-speed built-in spindle: The use of permanent magnet, high-speed spindle motor can improve the efficiency of the existing spindle induction motor, and through the built-in various sensing devices, detect and real-time monitor the factors that may affect the spindle machining accuracy (such as spindle temperature rise or vibration) and create high-end manufacturing with differentiation.
Mr. Peng finally added that in order to enhance competitiveness in Taiwan, the government has made smart machinery the primary goal. This requires machine tool center factories to invest more in R&D, thus increasing the role of component factories.
