TIMTOS 2021 Highlight: iS1 series and ST1 series
At TIMTOS 2021, Chin Fong will demonstrate the application of punching equipment and SI system. Regarding punching equipment, Chin Fong will exhibit iS1 series servo punches and ST1 series straight cylinder type crankshaft direct drive servo presses. These two series are especially suitable for the trends in industrial such as small quantity and diversified production, special materials formability, and high precision with low cost.
The all-in-one iS1 series servo-punching machine can easily change the processing motion curve. It can meet the various processing needs of customers, and improve the processing accuracy and stability of the forming mold, greatly improves production efficiency and extend the durability of the mold.
The design of "ST1 series straight cylinder type crankshaft direct drive servo presses" strengthens the structural rigidity, greatly improves the precision of stamping products, and effectively extends the durability of the mold. It can be widely used in drawing, bending, marking, flattening and trimming processes.

Challenges in the post-epidemic era
The U.S.-China trade war in 2019 and the COVID-19 epidemic in early 2020 have made the originally complex market trends more unpredictable. Faced with these challenges, Manager Kuo said that Chin Fong has been implementing a new operating policy: introducing smart working practices into 5 aspects including products, equipment, factories, management, and services.
