Highlights of the 2021 TIMTOS exhibition: new punching press, bending machines, and laser equipment
Punching, bending and laser equipment, known as a solid triangle, are Tailift's main products, which be highlighted at the 2021 TIMTOS exhibition.
For the punching press machines, Tailift will present its latest innovative product, ES29, AC servo drive and CNC technology. It has the characteristics of high speed, high precision, energy saving and low noise. Equipped with overload protection, the ES29 is an effective tool for thin metal plates. ES29 combines the processing capabilities of stamping, forming, roll cutting and tapping into an integrated machine. Integrated components can effectively reduce floor space requirements. It can reduce inefficient working hours and waiting time, and greatly improve processing efficiency.
As for the folding machines, the TCH series CNC Bending Machine is characterized by simple interface for easy operation, capable of displaying the bending status of the workpiece profiles in 2D graphics, and automatically calculating the degree of expansion of the workpiece material. It is a down stroking press brake, controlled by double upward moving cylinders, which allows the work piece to remain at the same work height while processing. Thus, ensuring bending precision and dimensional accuracy.
Mastering the trend of smart manufacturing, Tailift will further develop towards the goal of electronically controlled automated folding machines in the future.
In terms of laser equipment, Tailift will exhibit an upgraded version of the laser model. Combining patented technology and the latest R&D technology, the special laser cutting head structure of the new TL series Fiber Lacer Cutting has high dustproof and high-efficiency water cooling characteristics. Its flexible adjustment of the focus scale, and integrated body design greatly reduces the chance of rusting. This advanced model is also equipped with a motor drive unit. Users can set continuous focus through the software to improve the quality of precision machining.
