The moving bolsters is enhanced with Q.D.S. system (quick die change system) to make the heavy die change easier and faster. The production line is automatically working all year round, 24 hours a day. Users can adjust its pressure, speed, daylight and stroke distance, according to production requirements. Nowadays, the products in the field of automobile stamping are becoming more and more refined, automatic and computerized. The high-speed technology of HD series developed by DEES, is controlled by the accumulator. Its pressing speed is between 30 to 150 mm/sec, with an approaching speed of 800 mm/sec or faster and return speed of 600 mm/sec or faster. With the cushion system function to knock out the parts, all speeds and strokes including the slide and cushion systems can be adjustable.
