In the past, customers’ demand for cooling machine only to reduce temperature without the standard accessories of tooling industry. However, the growing demand for the high precision and high-speed processing needs from the automobile, aerospace, and energy fields is driving the tooling industry towards delicate product processing, such as 3C industry. Therefore, the "precision", "stability" and "quick compensation" of the cooling machine with constant temperature control of the machining fluid are the key items to improve the competitiveness of modern tooling machines.
With years of experience in research and development and working with international high-end customers, Habor is able to propose solutions quickly for all kinds of mechanical temperature control needs. Whether it is a temperature control system, a refrigeration system, or a combination with a customer's liquid circuit or control software, Harbor can provide customized solutions. For example, in 2019, a customer requested to improve the temperature control accuracy from +/-0.1K to +/-0.05K with the existing coolers. Habor devised a new control program and cooling system in just a few months and sent a sample to the customer for testing, but the customer found that the accuracy could reach +/-0.01K, far exceeding the customer's expectation.
