As a new start-up Taiwanese company, Compertum Microsystems Inc. (CMS) utilizes Micro-Electro-Mechanical-System (MEMS) technology to develop two-axis and one-axis micromirros used in LiDAR module. The MEMS LiDAR module developed by Compertum is low in BOM cost due to the high yield of the MEMS mirror. In addition, this mirror is shock/vibration resistant and low frequency drift across operating temperature range. Currently, CMS had engineering samples of MEMS micromirror and MEMS LiDAR for interested Tier 1 customers.

CMS-G2 is an automotive grade MEMS LiDAR, that Compertum specially designed for mass production. It provides a 3D point cloud field of view for vehicles to ensure safe driving.

Our patented LiDAR module provides high reliablity, low cost, and high volume manufacturing solution to ADAS.

Compertum also provides Micro-electromechanical (MEMS) micro-mirror for Lidar application. Our MEMS mirror offers large size, two-axis angle sensor, shock resistance, an can operate between -40 to 85 C with frequency deviation of 1-2% over the entire temperature range.
