According to the characteristics of tungsten steel and customer's production request, Jainnher used JHC-18S and JHC-18S-CNC6 two grinding machines equipped with automatic loading - unloading devices to proceed through grinding. These parts will be inspected and sorted by the off-line gauging workstation at the final step. This solution is to keep high efficiency and high precision of grinding process by fully automatic system.
Both two machines equipped with a real time production monitoring system which is convenient for the visual management. Jainnher expects this solution will help customer forward to the next stage of smart manufacturing.
