Hantop Intelligence Tech.’s ultrasonic machining module includes 4 items: including the ultrasonic driver, ultrasonic tool holder, power transmitter, and external control panel.
The ultrasonic driver generates high-speed and high-frequency ultrasonic power to assist and improve the machining process. The mechanism transmits ultrasonic power to the ultrasonic tool holder through non-contact transmission. The 20,000 times/per second high-frequency micro-vibration from the ultrasonic power provides tools the feasibility to remove hard and brittle materials. The micro-vibration can help reduce the cutting force, which eliminates the risks of workpieces having edge cracks or sub-surface damage. The ultrasonic-assisted machining technology not only brings fine quality to the workpieces but also improves the tool life and saves processing time.
HIT’s product can retrofit the machine tool to mill, drill, or grind ceramics, quartz glass, super-alloys, composites, and other advanced materials, with high precision, high efficiency, and high quality. The industrial applications range from semiconductors, aerospace, and optoelectronics, to precision machinery industries. Clients around the globe have validated HIT’s products through the years. HIT has always aimed to bring the best experience to its clients.
