Grintimate Horizontal Hydrostatic Rotary Surface Grinder (GRC-series) is standard equipped with a hydrostatic spindle and rotary worktable, featuring high rigidity, high-vibration resistance, and no friction or stick-slip design, which supports eccentric stress and high centrifugal force processing. The spindle and worktable accuracy could easily reach less than 1μm, and the rotary worktable maintains a load capacity of >10,000kg. The stability of the hydrostatic bearing system can effectively improve the problems of scratches and grinding efficiency, it also prolongs service life to greatly lower the maintenance costs as well as enhances the operation stability of the machine. Our GRC is very suitable for hard and fragile material processing, such as SiC, Alumina, Zirconia, Porous Ceramics, and Chuck Table, among others.
GRC-series is equipped with Mitsubishi M80 CNC controller, with a human-machine interface (HMI), which features fast communication and convenient control for user-friendly operation. In order to enhance the functional efficiency for customers, the critical components are modular-designed by Grintimate to lower the maintenance time and greatly enhance the utilization rate of the machine.
