The TIMI measuring machine is an intelligent image measurement system that can be linked to an intelligent manufacturing system via a robot arm to automatically pick and place the shaft, measure all the appearance dimensions, screen and adjust the manufacturing parameters in real time. It can also be linked to the ERP/MES system to save all measurement data, facilitate the use of big data analysis, and provide product history to meet customer quality assurance requirements.
