HS-540i GTS is a high-precision, high-rigidity structure with advantages from AVEREX all series products. It features a one-piece stepped machine base with heavy ribbed and three points machine leveling, 100% hand-scraping for geometry accuracy, and Japan THK® roller guide ways, TSUBAKI® core-cooled ball screws to enhance the machining accuracy, speed and stability.
Standard specification includes 15,000rpm/249Nm/37kW high speed high torque oil-air lubrication spindle, XYZ axes 800mm extra-large travel, workpiece diameter 800mm, three axes rapid feed 74m/min with 1G acceleration, 1 second ATC system, 5 seconds APC system, 66.6rpm/min full 4th rotary table, 30 bar CTS with 70 bar interface prepared, automated interface prepared etc., high and rare equipment among the equivalent model machines, achieved the performance of 2,600cc/min metal removal rate, 4.8μm circularity, 3.3μm roundness, 0.0050mm full stroke positioning and 0.0028mm repeatability. Standard 2 pallets and 80 tools magazine can be expanded to 6APC / 8APC and 120 tools magazine in the field, providing flexible manufacture solutions.
