Since JAINNHER developed the first traditional cylindrical machine in 1997, our technical team has developed many kinds of NC and CNC machine series to fulfill precision grinding request day by day from different industries, such as electronics industry, aerospace, automobile / transportation parts, mold industry, and also the machinery industry.
JHU machines series offers traditional, NC and CNC version. Machine base is one-piece manufactured from Meehanite cast iron and tempered for maximum stability of material. It’s also benefit for machines quickly cooling and drainage. The maximum working swing is 350mm, and grinding wheel size is 405mm. Grinding length range is 600~2000mm and maximum grinding diameter is 330mm. The maximum weight of workpiece is 130kg. Worktable swing table is 90CCW / 30CW. The grinding wheel motor is 5HP. Machine can equip with internal attachment to do the internal taper grinding.
NC models can equip with Human Machine Interface(HMI). The hydraulic tailstock of CNC models is easy for workpiece loading / unloading. Use form type design to input settings and is able to expand the field of grinding for different workpiece.
