Master Transportation Bus Manufacturing Ltd.

Established in 2003, MASTER BUS is a bus manufacturer with independent design and development capabilities. We have manufactured more than 7,000 buses, with accumulated travel mileage more than 6 billion kilometers. There are 350 MASTER’s E-Bus operating throughout Taiwan currently.

MASTER E-Bus adopts the safest battery, LTO battery, which only needs 15 minutes to recharge the battery capacity from SOC 20% to 80%. Besides, the daily mileage of our electric bus can reach more than 500 kilometers.

Currently, we have signed cooperation agreements with the partners in Paraguay and Japan. Also, MASTER E-Bus is anticipated to play a key role as the primary green transportation provider at the 2025 Osaka World Expo.

Products

1. Preview of the world's first Level 3 autonomous electric bus.
(1) Equipped with multiple cameras, radars, and sensors, achieving lane keeping, lane centering, and adaptive cruise control without driver intervention.
(2) ARTC test footage will be showcased, with an official announcement scheduled for June.

2. Taoyuan Airport People Mover System
(1) The PMS connects Terminal 2 and 3 via a C-shaped track. Utilizing seven fully autonomous dual-headed fast-charging electric buses on closed roads.
(2) With a capacity of up to 1,000 passengers per hour in a single direction, the system is expected to complete testing by 2026, making it the first ART system demonstration site in Taiwan.

3. The debut of MASTER’s self-developed motor
(1) MASTER’s self-developed direct-drive central motor achieves a peak power of 450 kW, with a peak torque of 4,500 N-m and a peak efficiency of 98%, benchmarking against the highest global motor specifications.
(2) It is set for mass production in 2024 Q3 and will be applied in city buses and intercity coach buses in the future.
