ED3 Power Module
ED3 power module has a 2 in 1 design integrated with the SiC semiconductor MOSFET power chips, applicable for EBUS, Commercial and Agricultural vehicle (CAV) traction motor inverters operating with 800V battery systems. With a maximum current output at 600A, making this module an optimal solution for electrified mobility platforms.
