With ongoing advances in renewable energy, solar power has become a cornerstone of the global energy transition. According to the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA), global renewable energy capacity increased by 585 GW in 2024, with solar accounting for nearly three-quarters of that growth—making it the leading force in the sector. The government continues to actively promote renewable deployment, with Taiwan’s installed solar PV capacity surpassing 14 GW by the end of 2024 and aiming to reach 31 GW by 2030.
Energy Taiwan & Net-Zero Taiwan 2025 will spotlight the solar energy supply chain, featuring manufacturing equipment, module components, system applications, and O&M services, creating a one-stop sourcing platform to help businesses seize opportunities in the solar market.
