Taiwan Secures Position as Asia’s Second-Largest Offshore Wind Market
Energy Taiwan and Net-Zero Taiwan Exhibitor Highlights – Wind

According to statistics from the Global Wind Energy Council (GWEC), the global offshore wind industry is projected to expand more than fourfold over the next decade, highlighting its strong growth momentum. Taiwan’s cumulative offshore wind capacity has surpassed 3 GW, securing its position as Asia’s second-largest market. The government’s goal is to achieve 40–55 GW of installed offshore wind capacity by 2050, positioning the wind power market for significant future growth.

This year’s Energy Taiwan & Net-Zero Taiwan will connect the entire offshore wind supply chain, focusing on wind developers & operators, maritime engineering, wind turbine systems, and related services. Serving as a one-stop sourcing platform, the exhibition will help businesses seize opportunities in the wider Asia-Pacific market. The exhibition will be held from October 29 to 31, 2025, at TaiNEX 1 in Taipei. Visitor Registration is now open!
