The All-in-One Smith Machine is a compact, versatile system with a Smith machine, cable pulley, half rack, leg press, and more. The bar moves vertically for controlled, efficient workouts targeting various muscle groups. With 17 racking positions, it suits users of all heights for exercises like squats, bench presses, and shoulder presses.
