Membrane Bioreactor, MBR
Membrane bioreactor (MBR) is a combination unit of ultrafiltration films and an activated sludge bioreactor. It can separate sludge to derive high quality of permeate water.
High-quality water production：RO feedwater quality and can be reused in cooling tower. Small foot print：replace the settling tank of the conventional activated sludge process, and easy upgrade of old wastewater treatment plants. Operate at higher mixed liquor suspended solids (MLSS) concentration：It is possible to increase MLSS to 8,000~12,000 mg/L, thus increase the unit throughput.
