Screw Feeder

AarCotec feeders are equipped with high-efficiency transmission gearbox and 01 motor to drive both dosing screw and agitator for different speeds. Comparing this with the general belt type or mass-produced gearbox, our power requirement is only 1/3 ~ 1/2, resulting in energy saving.

Together with our digital “Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) technology, it further maximizes the conversion efficiency of electric energy to torque.
