Optimized two-platen injection molding machine

Compared with toggle injection molding machines of the same tonnage, the advantage of two-platen injection molding machines is that the two-platen machine length is not only about 15% shorter in order to improve the utilization rate of the workshop space, but also that the machine opening stroke is longer and more flexible for production of large or deep barrel-shaped plastic products.

A further advantage of the Huarong Group’s newly launched optimized two-platen machine is that the structure of the two-platen machine bearing support design totally different. The optimized two-platen machine is stable and the machine body does not shake when the 4 direct-pressure hydraulic cylinders are clamped at high pressure. It not only reduces the probability of tie-bar breakage, but also lowers the cost of machine maintenance.
