Machine Features:

1. 80mm thick cast metal plate frame provides a very steady, vibration free foundation for the printing work.
   
2. The central impression drum surface is precision ground and coated, without risk of pores and with dual wall design for water cooling to ensure material is smoothly transported and precisely printed.
   
3. Servo motors equipped on main drive/infeed/outfeed/unwind and rewind, provide a smooth motion control for constant film tension.
   
4. Equipped with Internet accessible control system for remote diagnosis of programming and electronic components.
   
5. Following items can be added to the machine:
   a. Servo driven impression automation with memory pack.
   b. Quick change over sleeve system.
   c. Auto splicing for unwind and rewind station.
