Founded in 2014 and with an R&D team from leading Japanese brands, the Dewtek has been combining features of refrigeration and air conditioning along with heat pumps' low energy consumption into a patented system addressing the chaotic specifications of sludge dryers on the markets.

The full range of heat pump drying modules developed this way can be cascaded into different kinds of drying systems to take care of large or small amounts of sludge. This saves spaces occupied by equipment configured in other ways, and spares users from unnecessary transportation issues and costs.

Brief Introduction of the Products:
1. Heat pump sludge dryer

Dewtek has won patents for the industry's smallest drying equipment for erecting anywhere and operating in small sites with a limited amount of sludge. In addition to protecting the heat exchanger with environment-friendly, non-toxic and anti-corrosion coating, the side fin tubes are subjected to enhance protection by triple-coating along with fully shielded elbows.

This protects them against moisture and corrosion and prevents the refrigerant from leaking and extends their service life. With optional nickel and titanium alloys to choose from, durability and operating efficiency remain intact even in harsh environments.

2. Heat pump liquid concentration machine

The machine can reduce the waste liquid by concentration treatment or exsolution, cascade filtration system and primary liquid production line to recycle and reuse chemical agents, and input the latter into the production line to significantly cut costs of chemical agents and waste liquid processing.
