Product Highlights
  • Aquatreat AR-888

Aquatreat AR-888 is a superior "non-P" calcium carbonate scale inhibitor in high LSI conditions with extremely low toxicity compared to competitive products. AR-888 eliminates the need for an additional dispersant in formulations, due to its optimized molecular weight.

    Features:
    1. An efficient calcium carbonate inhibitor with low toxicity.
    2. Superior to competitive maleic homopolymers: stronger calcium sulfate performance, better iron tolerance, easier formulation, equal bleach stability.
  • AQUAMET T

Aquamet T is a sodium trithiocarbonate solution (Na2CS3) designed as an efficient metal precipitant. This product offers a cost-efficient metal precipitation and has lower aquatic toxicity when compared to dithiocarbamate products.

    Features:
    1. Produces a low volume of sludge that is dense and easily forms highly dewaterable, high solid sludge.
    2. Effective against all multivalent metal ions.
    3. Functions over a wide range of pH and temperature.
  • Organic Coagulant & Flocculants

Organic Coagulant, e.g. polyamines, polyDADMAC, etc., are used for treating water with low suspend solids content and they replace (completely or partly) the inorganic coagulants (e.g. aluminium sulphate, aluminium polychloride and ferric chloride). Commercial polymers are used at a concentration of 1 to 10 ppm.

Organic flocculants, especially polyacrylamides and polyethylene oxides, are used for settling at concentrations of 0.1 to 10 ppm and for sludge treatment at 0.5 to 15 kg per ton.

    Features:
    1. The amounts needed are generally 10 times lower than those of inorganic substances.
    2. Organic polymers are less sensitive to pH variations and can therefore be used for treating a greater variety of water types.
    3. They do not increase the amounts of solid matter to be removed and therefore help to minimize the cost of treating the residual sludge.
