About:

Veolia Water Technologies is the world's leading specialist in water and wastewater treatment. The company provides a complete range of water treatment systems with total water management services that are designed to meet the most stringent water quality requirements for both industrial clients and public authorities.

The company's extensive portfolio of technologies features everything from plug and play water treatment systems, digital water solutions, water reclamation and reuse technologies, energy-producing sludge treatment, state-of-the-art desalination, ultrapure water treatment to mobile water services.

By optimizing water cycle and performance monitoring, Veolia Water Technologies helps clients reduce their water footprint while generating considerable savings in energy and chemical consumption.

Brief Introduction of the Products:
1. Sidem Barrel

The Barrel is a multi-RO element vessel that is designed to be a plug-and-play system. The carbon steel pressure vessel is manufactured and tested off-site, and is delivered as a single unit, so installation on-site can be fast-tracked and the schedule of the project can be shortened.

In addition, the modular design of the Barrel makes can also be used in place of existing RO membranes and nanofiltration skids for a more economically viable, sustainable, and innovative alternative. This modular system is suitable for water reclamation and reuse, drinking water treatment, seawater reverse osmosis, and low-pressure reverse osmosis.

Features:
  1. Up to 25% reduction in the footprint of the RO plant compared to current technology
  2. A safer working environment with only 2 high-pressure connections compared to thousands of PVs connections
  3. Outdoor installations without the requirements of building and HVAC
  4. Plug and play system allowing users to track project schedule rapidly
  5. Being highly scalable, offering varying capacities from 400 m³/ day to 50,000 m³/ day per unit
  6. Low carbon footprint
  7. Real time individual membrane monitoring for greater OPEX savings
  8. The sustainable solution providing a reduction in electrical consumption in the range of 0.05 kWh/ m³ of fresh water produced
2. Macro Porous Polymer Extraction (MPPE)

The Macro Porous Polymer Extraction (MPPE) system is a highly effective, fully automated, remotely controlled for removing dissolved and dispersed hydrocarbons with efficiencies up to 99.99%, and down to below the ppb level.

This applies to different types of solvents such as Benzene, Toluene, Xylene(s), Isopropyl Alcohol, Acetone, and NMP (N-Methyl-2-Pyrrolidone). This system is applicable for processing water treatment, wastewater treatment, water reclamation and recovery as well as solvent recovery.

Features:
  1. Very high separation performance up to 99.99%
  2. Low energy consumption, up to 50 times lower than steam stripping
  3. Outdoor installations with no building and HVAC required
  4. Being capable of treating higher and lower flows and concentrations
  5. No biological fouling because of periodic in situ regeneration by steam
  6. Anaerobic operation at ambient temperature; no interference from dissolved iron, heavy metals, surfactants, salt and polar compounds, and no scaling
  7. No chemicals required, zero harmful discharged
  8. No sludge generation
3. Evaled

The product is ideal for treating and recycling wastewater from major industries and production sites. EVALED® boasts a treatment capacity of up to 120 tons of distillate per day (installation in battery for larger plants). Operation of the structure is fully automated so no operation is required except for maintenance.

Besides, EVALED® evaporators feature very high effluent concentration ratios and its efficient separation process, which can reduce the liquid pollutant discharges significantly.

Features:
  1. Fully automated.
  2. Low energy consumption
  3. Reduction in disposal cost
  4. Wastewater volume reduction
  5. Zero liquid discharge
  6. Recovery of valuable components
  7. ISO 9001/2015 quality certificated
  8. Remote control option available
  9. Plug and Play
